Introduce separate getListInfo and getListMembers endpoint

Now we can make custom feeds out of lists, especially curation lists, but right now to get any information about a specific list, you'd have to request it alongside its members, and the lowest you can do is 1 member.

Introduce a separate getListInfo and getListMembers endpoint so we can retrieve them separately.

Any update on this? I can get the lists of an user, but now I need to know the members and the members count of a curation list
