Change user icon (no criminals)

In Xubuntu, by default, the user icon About Me looks like a killer wanted notice:

I think it's not right. Therefore, I ask you to replace the picture about the search for a criminal with a different one. For example, in Windows, by default, there are no images of criminals:

I understand that this icon might be seen as insensitive. I'm not a graphic designer, so if anybody wants to propose a new icon, I'd be open to reviewing and accepting it.
