Add support for Boats in the joystick wizard

PR #2043 is adding a joystick wizard which can help a lot on mapping, specially users with flight sticks.

We should add support for Boats on it as well.

I don't think so. There are no MANUAL_CONTROL functions in the default mapping for the Boat.
