Named values are duplicated in the variables list

Bug description

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Custom Actions config from sidebar menu / Settings / Actions
2. Click the link icon for a custom action, to configure its linked variables
3. NAMED_VALUE options show up twice, with and without the NAMED_VALUE_FLOAT prefix

Primary pain point(s)

It's unclear whether there's a difference between them, or which one to choose, which is confusing.

Found while documenting the interface.

It's possible this appears in other lists of the variables too - I haven't checked.
