Joystick was reported not to be acting on electron version

A user reported (with a video) that the joystick connects, is recognized by the configuration menu, the SVG is working properly with it, but no commands are sent, be then Cockpit Actions or MAVLink commands.

The same user showed that it's working fine when launched as a BlueOS extension.

Tried to reproduce the problem without success. Will make a call with the user to better understand the problem.
