Create a boat anchor help tool for dives

If you know (roughly) how deep the water is, and can provide some current and wind speed/direction data as well as a desired dive location, it should be possible to use standard anchor estimation calculations to provide a target location for where to drop your boat anchor.

This is a convenience/logistics helper rather than important for the actual vehicle operation, so may be better suited to an add-on, or even a separate extension that uses cockpit for the interface, but writing the idea here for future reference.
