Sync with SITL causes complete freeze on Linux, Ubuntu 22.04
My company and I are trying to get BlueSim up and running to do some testing with our BlueROV2 joystick controller. We followed the instructions, got ArduPilot running first via the command in the README, then got the connection setup in QGroundControl, verified the connection, and got our controller working, but when we launch BlueSim and select the "Sync with SITL" option, the entire program freezes and does not seem to respond, despite QGroundControl still registering inputs and moving our BlueROV2 around in response to joystick commands.
Please see the attached images and the following output to the terminal for when this option is selected. It seems a couple things are deprecated and throwing errors. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
