Compiling instructions are outdated

It's not possible to follow the instructions with WSL and docker. ArduSub-stable branch may be compatible only with Ubuntu 16.04 and not 18.04. Also related to: https://github.com/bluerobotics/ardusub-gitbook/issues/70
