Troubleshooting: Changing FXTI can cause issues on Windows

@patrickelectric mentioned that on Windows machines changing the FXTI creates a new network, which then can't be assigned the correct IP until the old network has it removed, but old network devices are not displayed in the normal place - need to access via device manager.
