bug: vehicle-setup: PWM entry components do not reflect slider value

How to Reproduce

  1. Click on a servo function in the PWM outputs page
  2. Move a limit on the slider
  3. The entry does not update:

Extra Details

The slider values do update to match when the entries are changed, so it's just the other direction that's missing the connection.
