core: frontend: provide a viewer for system logs

Current behaviour

We can download and delete system logs nicely, but looking at individual ones either requires searching through a giant .zip archive, or searching through a bunch of folders in the BlueOS File Browser.

Expected or desired behaviour

Integrate @patrickelectric's BlueOS Log Viewer (or something like it) as a service in BlueOS, so logs can be visualised and managed nicely.
