quick compass calibration fails to set the origin silently if EK3_SRC is set to GPS

This is caused by https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot/blob/master/libraries/AP_NavEKF3/AP_NavEKF3.cpp#L1395

we can either change the parameter manually or just send a gps message.
