core: frontend: Enable Wizard button may be better in the Vehicle Setup page rather than the settings menu.

Current behaviour

Enable Wizard is in the BlueOS Settings menu.

Expected or desired behaviour

Is the purpose of this button just to launch the Wizard? And is the sole purpose of the Wizard to set up a vehicle? If so, it may fit better as a button on the vehicle setup page.

Prerequisites

• [X] I have checked to make sure that a similar request has not already been filed or fixed.

I have mixed feelings because the wizard is for the entire vehicle / blueos, not only the vehicle itself. It may be better for us to have the button on both pages ?
