list ALL devices possibly identified. This includes:

• mavlink components in the vehicle:
• mavlink vehicles other than the vehicle
• other BlueOS instances in the same network
• all mDNS devices on the network
• non-mdns devices in the network?
• all usb devices currently plugged in, in a readable way.
• all serial ports and whatever process (ideally extension) is using them
• detected BlueOS clients?
• detected GCS ?
• ?
