Description I want to set a turn url/user/pass with a time limited secret-based pass (with the API) before each new path I call. Unfortunately, doing this causes all current streams to fail/restart. For all general config elements that don't necessarily need to kill healthy streams, it would be nice if there was a PATCH argument, for instance, that allowed them not to.
