More color/theme options

I played around with background color, but I can't make my preferred colors match with the other app colors. If I could customize all or most of the colors, it would be very cool.

Also I'm not sure if this is possible, so I'm not making a separate issue for it, but having back the <=15.6 GUI would be amazing.
