Weblate enforced Python Format check / fix current translations

I forced the Python Format Check on the 3 components in weblate to hopefully avoid the errors we got on the latest release. There are still quite a few failing checks in several languages [1]. Nothing major but these should be cleaned up.

I fixed all the python format check failures. There are still a lot of failing checks but I rather have the translators deal with those. Wondering if these checks are available for translators so we could ask them to have a look...
