Prometheus integrations

We should at least activate the Promethus metrics support that the operator SDK provides for KD itself (currently commented out in main()). Before we do that though, we should take care of any operator SDK version upgrade i.e. issue #494 .

Then it would be worth investigating if there are Prometheus-related integrations KD should help set up for deployed kdclusters.
