Breaks dependabot

You overwrite the v3 tag, but don't provide SemVer complaint tags (e.g., v3.2.1), so dependabot freaks out and refuses to update anything (this is a bug in dependabot, see dependabot/dependabot-core#11176, but it'd also be nice to get a versioning scheme over here).
