[Web] iOS audio repeats circa first 1/2 second on resume

Current bug behaviour
On a Flutter Web App, only on iOS phones, if you resume a mp3 URL audio clip that has previously been started and then paused, the first 1/2 second or so is repeated / played twice before continuing as normal. The issue occurs if you run the example app as a web-app on an iOS phone. The issue does not occur when an audio clip is first played.
Expected behaviour
On a Flutter Web App, all phones, if you resume a mp3 URL audio clip that has previously been started and then paused, the audio continues to play from the point it was paused without any repetition or stutter.
Steps to reproduce
Run the audioplayers example app from a hosted domain on an iOS phone.
