add whats new application

Describe the solution you'd like I would like a what's new application to serve as the changelog for the web application. I would like to know when the site gets updated, and what was changed/ added.

Thank you @Stevanus-Christian for your suggestion the current windows security app is the same as win10 (donno about insider channel) though there has been some news the it will get a redesign so once that happens we can look into it.

hey, for the what's new application, couldn't you just make an HTML file, and make an app that points the iframe to that html file? if so, then we wouldn't have to create an entirely new website
