Can't load model

When launching app it's trying to load manga-ocr model but after a few seconds it's showing an error that Cloe couldn't load config for manga-ocr

I also see a few issues already created but without any response. Do you planning on fixing this errors? @blueaxis

Hey @arisumag and @shysecre , I had the same issue! Pretty sure I fixed it, check out my fork and try my release to see if it works for you and tell me if you have any issues.
