All Baseball-Reference queries return 503 error

This issues has persisted since at least yesterday morning, but any attempts to use the requests module to access a B-R endpoint are returning an HTTP 503 "Service Unavailable" error...

Player names are now returned with accents/diacritics at all times, regardless of the ignore_accents option value. Extended ignore_accents option to fuzzy search logic.
