Should be python 3 as default on our hosted OS image for De10-Nano.

Current hosted OS image is installed python2 dependency libraries for inference, Should support python 3 as default for extensibility and usability. https://docs.blue-oil.org/install/install.html#download-linux-system-image-on-your-pc
