Option to keep gaps visible when changing layouts to fullscreen.

I'd like the gaps that I had set for multiple apps to carry over even when viewing a single maximized application, or what would typically be maximized.

For now minimizing any apps on the particular desktop appears to allow me maximize an app with gaps when Ctrl+Shift+s is held.
