FEATURE REQUEST: ability to open azurespeed.com/Azure/Latency with parameter, to have it already running with an url

As per title, it will be nice to have the ability to pass arguments to the latency page, so when opening latency url with parameters, you can have already flagged region that you want to track, and the page starts automatically.
