Figures reported by Safari are incorrect

The numbers and figures reported by Safari are incorrect. The numbers reported are at least a factor 10 smaller when compared to Firefox/Chrome/Edge, and running speedtest under the developer tools shows no network traffic taking place. Firefox/Chrome/Edge show traffic (returning 304 no-change upon all requests to S3).

After a while, the latency graph fully stabilizes and shows no latency variation at all.
