Add support for 40% layouts

I’d like to propose adding a 40% layout for the vortex core and one for ortholinear layouts as well.

I'm running a crkbd. So far this is what I've been able to pull off. Is there a way to rotate the blocks for keys in thumb cluster?

Oh wow, that looks really cool already! If by rotating you mean tilt it to look it more corne-like – there is no support for that at the moment.

As this is the terminal, we don't get high drawing precision, so your best bet would be to try performing some ascii art. But I believe that it will be pretty hard to make it look consistent with other keys.
