Implementation of a first version HD wallet wrapper.

Hi @edridudi,

@Kammerlo has implemented an initial version of the HD wallet module in this PR. We are currently reviewing it to finalize the api. Feel free to review it as well and let us know if there are any specific requirements or enhancements you would like to see in this new API.

@gavinharris-dev Thanks for your comments / feedback. This PR is still in draft, and the current plan is to finalize it after the Conway HF, as it will impact some existing key APIs. So, please feel free to provide any feedback.
