Could you get new credentials and restart HA? Or did you you got 403 immediately after restart?

When processing a full new login to retrieve the new changed cookies, did you get en email from tgtg to login? I see that other people also have this problem...

You could also stop the integration and restart HA, so the integration isn't loaded anymore. Before you start the tgtg integration, you can try to test if login is working...
