Task description

If the token / asset is not currently held by the user then we are unable to show the token approvals popup properly. In this case we still should know that the dapp is requesting an approval. And warn the user that they are potentially approving a dapp to spend an asset that they might get in the future, the user should confirm a check box before they progress.
