️🛠 - Improve contact selection for EVM networks

Task description

The contact book allows to specify different addresses per network. There should be a distinction between the different types of addresses that can be selected. Right now, I have to add the same EVM address to all EVM networks per contact.

If the is based on a namespace, it needs to take into consideration that there is a different address for each stardust network. For EVM networks the addresses are compatible.
