Is this script compatible on Windows?

When I try to install this on window, I get following error

ValueError: path '/etc/bash_completion.d/' cannot be absolute

This results in Error code 1

The path seems to indicate that this is probably meant for linux based system. Am I correct?

I have the same issue. s4cmd.py is in lib/site-packages, just not installed in the right location.
