What it’s doing if you don’t specify a Roomba ip address is a udp broadcast so that it pings every device and recognizes a Roomba response [UDP line](https://github.com/bloomkd46/homebridge-iRobot/blob/2e74cedd5d393c94998dfdb897a9215f2df3f140/src/V2/getRoombas.ts#L131)

Sorry about that. If you want it to show as inactive when docked set the eve inactive to Charging
Ok, I will have to check the code but I believe that docking is something like phase:hwuserdock. But I would have to look into it. P.S. if you would like...
Ok, so you will have to manually change the config so that the eve inactive field is set to "phase:hmUsrDock"
Just edit the homebridge config.json file in the custom ui
