Testing on windows platform

Testing for windows platform is needed.

Interesting library, would love to run tests on Windows but I have trouble building or using quantum with Visual Studio 2017/2019. My Boost version is 17.2, cmake 3.16.

I'm interested in contributing to this project. Learned about it from cppcon 2020.

You are more than welcome. I don't have access to Visual Studio so anyone that does can try to build and run the test suite. That would be awesome.
