Basic Display Flag: Banding (Every Other Row)

It would be nice to have a simple flag for ipydatagrid that would apply apply a simple light grey/white banding so as you scroll side to side you can keep track of the row you may looking at.

Describe the solution you'd like A flag for display: banding=False (default to false as that wouldn't change current usage)

Describe alternatives you've considered Trying to manually apply a CSS is cumbersome for adhoc analytics

Additional context Simple banding doesn't have to be fancy. We don't want it to inhibit readability.
