Collectd network plugin

It would be nice to have the possibility to send metrics to a collectd host via native collectd network protocol (https://collectd.org/wiki/index.php/Binary_protocol). The purpose for this is to be able to perform threshold checks on the metrics and send notifications (for example to Sensu).
