Strange dialog panel

Hi,

i am facing the same issue as it was described here: https://github.com/bloodypenguin/Skylines-MetroOverhaulMod/issues/34

The issue got closed. But i am playing at 5120x1400 with this enabled https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2487213155

Any advice on how to fix this?
