[Suggestion] An option to change block ownership on claim creation

I had an issue on my server where one player's redstone mechanism didn't work inside their claim. It turned out that one of the sticky pistons had been placed by another player during the construction process, before the machine was claimed. I solved the problem by having the claim owner break and replace the piston, but this might not be workable for larger builds, or builds involving multiple players.

Would it be possible to add a config option that would, when a claim is created, make the claim owner also the owner of any already-owned blocks within the claim? Perhaps also, when a player is un-trusted, their blocks within the claim should be transferred to the claim owner.
