The goal here is to reduce command usage.

Commandless claim mode switching

Claim mode switching. This can be done by right clicking the shovel anywhere inside a basic claim and the shovel claim mode rotates through different modes. This allows the player to switch the shovel into subdivision mode without having to run a command.

This can also be extended out claim creation. The first corner right clicked with the golden can be right clicked again allowing the shovel to switch modes. Same concept as subdivision. If the user right clicks with a shovel on the same 1st corner it switches to Town mode, for example.

Commandless trust

If the basic claim owner while standing inside their desired claim right clicks the golden shovel on a player it'll automatically trust the player to the claim. This should be done twice to confirm the player is trusting that person and wasn't a mistake.

The trust thing is actually a neat idea. You could extend it to clicking on other players with a door or chest for access and container trust as well, and have the shovel be for full build trust.
