Suggestion: Set a message resembling the reason why the events get canceled

Hi

I have been having issues when i added both GdHooks and Towny Advanced together, and i went to the Towny discord as it kept saying the event has been canceled, they told me to see what was causing that message to popup when i ran a command after adding a plugin to see what causing my event to cancel GDHooks was the cause. I would like to make a suggestion to add a message when the Grief Defender area and a Towny are overlap that a message gets sent on why the event has been canceled and tell the user/player to create a town outside of the GD area they tried to create a town in.
