[Feature Request] Show the origin of allowed/blocked domains from an installed application

Thank you for building such useful application!

I am curious where each allowed and blocked domains originated from what installed Android app I have. I suggest that this feature is useful because when you want to pinpoint which domain is an advertiser/tracker from one specific app then it would be easier. For those who likes studying the network traffic of every app installed their phone and manually restrict the suspected advertiser/tracker domains that are not in the user's set ad-blocking host list, I believe that this feature increases Blokada's control for ad-blocking for the advanced users.
