I want to set a custom time when to update the smartlist
Actual behaviour
At the moment the smartlist will be updated every night at 4am.
Expected behaviour
It would be nice if there's the possibility to set a custom time for updating the smartlist. This feature would be useful because some people don't want that their smartphone runs during the night.
Configuration
- Blokada version: 4.6.4
- Device model: Xiaomi
- Android version / ROM: Android 10
The update you are refering to is an offline, few milliseconds long process, collectimg the hosts you were protected from and merging into the already existing list. But true, it still wakes the phone for a few seconds what brings the system out of Doze what will take time to return into.

Thanks for the fast response. Yes I know it's only a few (offline) miliseconds but if the device is turned off it won't execute. So I think it would be a nice feature.
In my opinion it could also be a nice feature to test the smartlist feature as you don't have to wait until it's 4am.
Also this feature was requested several times in the German Telegram group.
I'd like to add that this could be helpful for SmartTVs as well. I guess the normal SmartTV user doesn't keep his device turned on at 4 o'clock at night.
And it isn't really healthy turning on the device at night. There're many arguments for setting up a custom time for updating the smartlist.
