Bug with daily transaction chart on the main page.

Description

When moving mouse over the chart, it often happens that additionally displayed info about txs on a certain day stops being correctly shown and it just stops despite the mouse movement.

  1. Go to any Blockscout instance and move mouse over the tx/day counter on the main page.
