Handle nonexistent NFT instances

Description

Currently backend returns some info for nonexistent NFT instances (not yet minted). As a result we display a page with token id, contract info and marketplace links, as if instance was valid. Example: https://eth-goerli.blockscout.com/token/0xC36442b4a4522E871399CD717aBDD847Ab11FE88/instance/9999999

We need to come up with a solution to display such pages in a different way, either 404 or some custom page.
