token transfers filtered by address enhancements

There is a page with token transfers filtered by account address AND token address - https://gnosis.blockscout.com/address/0x77bcb57ba7037e39063f1567ce734452bbD7a5F0?tab=token_transfers&token=0x6C76971f98945AE98dD7d4DFcA8711ebea946eA6. I want to be able to hit it from 3 different places:

• By clicking on the address at https://gnosis.blockscout.com/token/0x6C76971f98945AE98dD7d4DFcA8711ebea946eA6?tab=token_transfers (working)
• By clicking on an address in one of the token transfers at https://gnosis.blockscout.com/tx/0x470af9a8deff1fb2a17dec68231ec03c88d83f2c9d04ff4f78bd487967747e38 (not working)
• By clicking on one of the tokens in the address portfolio at https://gnosis.blockscout.com/address/0x77bcb57ba7037e39063f1567ce734452bbD7a5F0 (not working)

On the same page, instead of “(T) 0x6C76971f98945AE98dD7d4DFcA8711ebea946eA6” you should display the icon and name of the token, with a clickable link to the token
