Wallet crash & zapwallet bug

  1. When you click on mined orphaned transaction - blocknet-qt crashes Reproduce: (wait for orphaned block) -> Transaction history -> click on mined orphaned transaction -> crash
  2. After select zapwallet and restart - Error blocknet qt already running Reprotuce: Tools -> Wallet repair -> Recover transactions (drop metadata) -> Restart bug
