The URL is causing the player to stop functioning on various Dutch regional news websites. As far as I can tell, bluebillywig.com is purely a player provider, and for example, ads are loaded externally before the player starts.

On the website rtvutrecht.nl, you can see that the player no longer loads at all and only a black box remains:
