NO LONGER MAINTAINED - Make This Clear!

Hi, After reviewing comments and discussions, I have confirmed that this repo does indeed appear to no be maintained. This needs to be made clear!

Originally, someone with broken English commented on my removal request, it seems they believe the repository is not maintained. This person implied that as a business owner, I should recognize the lack of updates, and that I must have “too many wives” (Their words not mine.) Such comments are unacceptable on GitHub.

Let's discuss this part: “I should recognize the lack of updates.” (Broken English translation.)

This is false. The README.md states “Last Update: November,” and as it's still December, this shows recent activity. Blocklists don't need daily updates; even every couple of months is fine. I have more lists than just this one.

Upon further investigation, I believe this repo is infact NOT MAINTAINED, but one should not have to spend the better part of 30 min looking through comments and discussions to determine whether a repo is maintained or not.

To avoid confusion and to align with GitHub recommended policy for repos, a banner at the top of the README.md should be added stating, THIS REPOSITORY IS NO LONGER MAINTAINED. The current message about a major update suggests ongoing activity, which is extremely misleading.
