Why you believe this to be a false positive: Not sure if these URLs are used to serve ads but blocking them completely disabled the Tubi Android TV app, making it so the app is completely unusable and the catalogue of movies they have for free unwatchable

Other info you think we should know: Using AdGuard Home. Added a whitelist in my own config for tubitv.com and tubi.io
